What it does: A VIP menu for whitelisted players with a handful of perks, plus optional overhead nametags.

Access:

• Whitelisted Discord roles (VIP role)
• Whitelisted Discord admin roles
• ESX group whitelist

Features:

• Repair / Clean / Refuel your vehicle
• Wash dirty money (with tax)
• Refill hunger & thirst
• Open appearance menu
• Overhead VIP nametags (custom color, toggle, distance-based)

Dependencies:

• es_extended (ESX)
• oxmysql
• ox_lib
• esx_status
• A Discord bot token (for avatars + role check)
• A fuel resource (optional — has a fallback)

Storage: MySQL for cooldowns + saved nametag color

Config toggles:

• Menu command name
• Keybind on/off
• VIP ESX groups
• Discord VIP/admin/user IDs
• Each feature on/off (Repair, Clean, Fuel, WashMoney, Refill, GiveSkin)
• Each feature's cooldown on/off + duration
• Wash tax %, min/max wash amount
• Wash processing time
• Notify position
• Discord bot token + guild ID
